missingWrote a review on Nov 24comfortable bedlate-night noise
The breakfast options were fantastic, and I enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. The bed was super comfortable, just as I hoped.
However, late-night noise from the parking area interrupted my sleep, leaving me groggy the next day. It seems the party continued without consideration for guests.

Available outdoor pool, Free Wi-Fi availability throughout the hotel, Good accessibility to major highways
The carpets in the hallways are an eyesore and desperate for a deep clean!!! The elevators are painfully slow, and the broken ones create an even longer wait during peak times!!!

Convenient location near Green Jeans
I enjoyed my recent stay, especially for its proximity to the Green Jeans area, which had an array of great food options within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment, which made the stay that much better. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement, as it felt a bit lacking and the coffee could have been better.

The stay had its ups and downs. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. On the downside, there were some noise disturbances from outside that impacted our sleep quality and the cleanliness of shared areas left something to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12friendly staffclean roomgood breakfastcleanliness issuenoise disturbanceunresponsive staff
The room had a noticeable cleanliness issue upon arrival. Sheets were unmade, trash was in the bins, and towels were on the floor. I asked for a new room, but the front desk said they were fully booked. Slept in the chair due to the mess. On a positive note, the lobby staff were friendly and apologetic. Breakfast was decent, but they ran out of options pretty early. The HVAC unit worked fine once I figured it out. The location is convenient for travel, but I heard quite a bit of noise from outside due to it being near a busy road. Overall, it felt like the hotel had potential, but the cleanliness and noise issues definitely took away from my experience.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing us with a pleasant space to relax after a long day. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance. I appreciated having breakfast options available, though it was unfortunate that the selection was limited. I recall hearing other guests mention how much they enjoyed the coffee as well.
Breakfast options were running low the next morning.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a decent place to rest for the night. However, the breakfast options were disappointing. many were depleted and the omelet my son had made him feel ill. Check-in was frustrating as we were left waiting for nearly two hours. a clearer approach to customer service would be beneficial here.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a business trip and had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were highly efficient in assisting me with my check-in and setting up my meeting space. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for work. The complimentary breakfast featured a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee, making it a great way to start my day.
There was some ongoing remodeling but it did not affect my stay.
